IMCPSignalNotifyCommand

Command payload for MCP.commitSignalNotify (MCP — Model Context Protocol). Emits a signal.info notification for the active pending position of a symbol enabled in live trading for the schema's strategy. The engine resolves the pending signal id by symbol.
